The service has been awful, as has been the support. I'm in the UK so I went hosted, as I would have lost the advantage by the time they got here.
I lost the time advantage anyway, as they have been up and down from day 1. The live support is always busy, they don't respond to email and the contact form says it's been used too much.
They sent an email saying I was getting a free controller for my troubles. Not sure what use that will do me in their data centre. Until they offer a reasonable recompense and apology, I will be holding them in slim regard.
thanks for coming out, more people need to come out and not be scared to say anything.. my miners got put back up today and they were hashing away for 1 hour and now hash rate is at .22 kh/s per blade! this is unbelievable!
