Most of the faucets do not pay out, until you accumulate +/- 5000 to 6000 satoshi. Does this qualify as dust then? They mostly do that, to decrease tx cost, when they send it to you.

What amount can then be defined as "dust"

Should it not be defined as "dust" when the tx fee to send it, is higher than the amount itself?  Huh

I believe for an output to considered as dust amount, the output must be less than 5430 Satoshis.  If you consider it not to be dust when the transaction fee is higher than the outputs, people would be spamming the whole network with one satoshis.
