Completely understandable request and yes I can arrange (or you can suggest) an escrow service to use. Honestly, if you have used one before in the past and are very satisfied with their escrow service, I would be inclined and prefer to use that one since you feel secure with them.

In the OP I dont see what kind of repair needs? Is it a major thing? How much you want if you include the HDD too? Aer you shipping to Bulgaria? I might be interested if I will not pay much for repairing. Is it hacked or chipped?
