But my question relates to the coins sitting in wallets that haven't been redeemed. This shows that they weren't redistributed, not from these wallets at least.

Whoa! What is going on with this coin. Was debating about buying it at 15000 sats and I look and its at 5000 sats?
So there was a hidden pre-mine, why the huge drop?

Somebody's just keeping their coins in their wallet? Not that big a deal, it's always been known there were big holders out there.

The CANNBISCOIN (CANN) Team must announce that "CANNACOIN' (CCN) has been waiting to capitalize from CANN for sometime now. They have been FUDDING and spamming our thread and IRC.
This is not right from any DEV Team and unfortunate.
We've never officially announced we had anything to do with CCN and we never will. CANN is about the patients and the community.
CCN has lost trust and credibility in the crypto currency world and sadly the medical marijuana community.
Please do your research who (CCN CANNACOIN) we are dealing with now.
These guys are making new accounts and are the ones that have been fudding CANN. Go figure.
Please take the time to go thru this thread : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=827998.msg9274312#msg9274312
We dont support it and their actions.

CANN Team Thanks I had a read, there is still the matter of all the coins sitting in wallets that have never been redeemed. 25 wallets with 500,000K each. These are not re-distributed scrypt coins and have been sitting around for 130 days not redeemed. Have these been destroyed? No, the fact is the CCN team are scumbags. Now that it's crystal clear what kind of people they are, anyone who puts money in their coin is a fool.

So this coin has a hidden premine of 12.5million? Is that what causes the crash?

No, the fact is the CCN team are scumbags. Now that it's crystal clear what kind of people they are, anyone who puts money in their coin is a fool. You can call it what you would like. However, these are legitimate concerns anyone who is investing in this coin should be looking into. Take a review of the article and the information provided inside. If you have answers to anything that is being discussed transparently, please address them. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=829975.msg9273790#msg9273790

Isn't weed supposed to make you relaxed? Why do all these Cannabis coin teams start a digital war against each other? It is damaging the reputation of all cannabis coins as you can see on Bittrex they are all dropping in value with double digits. Glad I am currently not in it.
If you are looking for something new and unrelated to dope, have a look at VidioShare. They are currently in the process of getting an Umbrella license which could mean a huge surge in price if they do get it.

Altcoins coins are volatile.
This exact market curve has happened to many coins. It's no ones fault. Even if delta9 gave away 10 pounds of cannabis, the coin probably would have fallen like this. Although a patient receiving 3 oz. might be willing to be broadcast and do news interviews.
I wish more real CANN supporters had received proper advice about investing in this coin at such high prices infront of some NEWS. Anyone with any market trading experience/knowledge could see this coming.
I think this price fall down to 1000 satoshi will be good for the coin. D9 will have his harvest soon, a real event can take place and over years this coin will be worth $5 a coin. For community members wanting to get in for $100 and support the coin that 10x difference can mean the different between making $10,000 and $100,000 in the end.

its not a hidden premine, because this premine info stand from day 1 in the first post. Can you please back this up with some evidence? I don't randomly believe statements on the internet (I'm not saying that your statement is necessarily false though) All I found was this: easy to count: (100 000 bloks x 420) + (20 502 x 210) = 42 000 000 + 4 305 420 = 46 305 420 you are right...so why does the block explorer show 68 million CANN? http://chainz.cryptoid.info/cann/hmmmmm... what is happening? Dev please, can u explain this? I hope is a mistake Edit: normally would be 46 312 140 right? No problem guys and thanks, CannabisCoin released on 4/20/14 as SCRYPT Alg. It was mined about 21.8mil up until we decided to drop SCRYPT and go X11 Alg with KGW. We did a hard fork and premined 1st block on X11 to do the buyback program of mined coins from old to new X11 algo, This was all paid to the miners manually as agreed. Noone wanted to lose their coins. Scrypt version STOPPED @ 52080 Total coins = 21873600 mined approx. 21882000 - was paid out. ~DeltaNine Which doesn't explain the supposed 12.5 million CANN premine
