I would like to sell 5 BTC at market rates, in exchange for USD delivered to my paypal account.

1. Is anyone willing to do this exchange as a proof of concept (so far I invested quite a lot in BTC, I'd like to prove to myself I can withdraw/convert back to USD)? I will transfer BTC to a credible member of this site, and then expect him to send me the equivalent in USD to ron.gross@gmail.com.
2. If I wanted to do this for large sums of money, what would be a good way to do this? So far buying BTC via Morpheus (Mt Gox) was very easy, but I haven't found an equivalent way of selling BTC in exchange for paypal USD (From what I found Mt Gox only allows withdraws via Liberty Reserve).

Yeah PayPal is a terrible way of selling bitcoin.  If the buyer requests a refund which causes a dispute PayPal will do nothing at all if the goods are Bitcoin.  Basically an automatic default in favor of the buyer.

This is why people on Ebay who sell Bitcoin through PayPal charge ridiculously high rates.
