If the hot wallet still has funds, yes.

But because Dean (the owner of PRC) really limits the hot wallet (which for security reasons is good IMO), it does happen frequently that the hot wallet is empty (1 whale w/d ) So then you will have to wait up to 12 hours, although it's more like 1 hour max if Dean is online and otherwise like up to 6 hours if he is sleeping

I love how PRC doesn't cheat its users and gamble against investor funds with the seed. God knows how many dice sites have done that in the past; guess nobody will ever know for sure.

I also love how they never felt the need to run up bets with satoshi bots blasting 30 bets a second, which for all we know were entirely funded by the admin himself.

It's especially warming to have a chat box where you can actually talk to the owner just to check if everything is okay. I think the owner/admin of a site that holds peoples' money being present is probably a good thing.

Ok Guys After going after DB now I have something on PRC. The site is run by a good guy Dean, however it has had bugs from day one.
First the sjess case and now I figured this.
Just Like DB I had an instance of Bets skipped at PRC.
 Too Bad it happens with me only.

I tried negotiating with Dean but he didn't agree or care, So Here it is :

ALSO, I had placed my Bets the next day, which is the reason why Bet ID is so different. And Nonces skipped because I bet next day for some reason.

I will post a larger more detailed response to finnile here asap.
First of all, he is wrong. There are no bets skipped or nonce skipping or anything like that. The bets are saved and verify as they should.

There is a bug that his bet history does not show all his bets. That is bad but is in no way me scamming or his bets skipping etc.

If I restarted the server right now it would load his most recent bets into memory and you would see the ones that were missing from his tab.

I will look at fixing this asap.

I will also make all bets be browsable publicly and allow people to view their entire betting history.
This will take time but maybe I can get that done today.

I tried explaining this to finnile but he was trying to extort me and I don't negotiate with people like that.

Clearly, the bets from nonces 501-505 were missing.

Now The bets after when the roll was 28.47
were all low.
However 2 rolls after 28.47 were indeed lo.
Due to the error, I won the first bet and lost the seocond one.

So to me, it looks like the bets did show up when they were made (on the first day), but due to a db caching issue, didn't show up on the second day when the site was reloaded.  This is where the confusion has come from.

So there is a small display bug here (missing bets from the display from previous days), but no foul play.

As people in teh chat like NLNico pointed out. No bug bounty system is paid up front.
I asked you not to post yet as I was sure you were misunderstanding something and needed time to check.

The reason it is not paid up front is you reported a bug which didn't exist. You claimed a critical bug that was winning rolls were skipped like on DB. Which is wrong and everyone knows this now.

So with the time I asked for we would have found that yes, tehre was a UI/Caching bug that I would look into fixing and I would have rewarded you for that but you went and tried to cause as much damage as possible. I don't think it will though. All the top investors seen through what you were trying to do and have not divested and road2wealth who just lost 7.2BTC in one roll while you were talking about this defended the site and said it was fair, after he checked his own rolls.

Now I'll ask for a 4th time, as some others have. Take a screenshot of your my bets tab now (I refreshed the cache) with the chat so we can have timestamp and we will all see your rolls are there and always existed.

Lol xD Yeh after demanding money upfront and then publicly disclosure it before it's fixed. Better read a bit at sites like http://crowdcurity.com (offers bug bounty programs for LocalBitcoins, BlockChain.info, etc.) and see how much they would pay if you report bugs this way xD

Honestly finnile, I just think you made the mistake of reporting it like this. "Cover up" would obviously not happen since you have screenshots. If you would have not requesting money "now" and didn't publicly disclosure it before it was fixed, you would have got your bounty. If not, even I as longtime PRC member, would have complained. It is an important ui/cache bug though, so good it will be fixed and I hope there will be an API for bets anyway, that would be always good



Edit, BTW, I have a topic with an Overview of Bug Bounty Programs for Bitcoins if any bounty hunters are reading this. Payment will be afterwards though and some programs don't even allow any disclosure.

That is why I asked Dean to pay upfront. I am a member of PRC since the start from much before.
And he has always been this way unfortunately. It is also the reason doog doesn't like it. Also the reason people troll it.
Few months back sjess happened, Dean did not pay him,but the site survived. It is a shame to see it survive with the a guy like Dean running it.
He agrees on one thing, then covers it up all the time.

Even though Dean says its just a UI issue, he is currently trying to cover it up by saying that finnile asked for money, and does not even believe that the UI issue was a small error. What if I continued a martingale from there? Would he have refunded it ?
The answer is no. Again, I am done arguing, as he will never agree to his mistake.
