Unfortunately the only way for a newbie status member to participate is through the purchase of shares.
IMHO, it would be illogical.
From the OP:

So if you use the requirement of being a Junior to get the "free shares", and in doing so you recognize what are the
real users, and which probably only several puppets created at the time by a single user, then this requirement for
investors should be an even more stringent constraint.
Or Not?
