transfer from tradehill to cryptoxchange

about my transfer from tradehill to  cryptoxchange

It shows USD has been transferred to cryptoxchange by bitinstant from tradehill, but i go into my cryptoxchange account, there is no USD inside

is it normal? or i have to wait a few days for it to work?

You might want to try emailing contact@cryptoxchange.com as this worked fine for me sending from Bitcoinica about an hour ago.

You should look for a code that they may have sent you.   That code (cryptoxchange coupon??) you enter in the section for that on cryptoxchange and it will then credit the account.  Check your email and your cryptoxchange messages. 

I am basing the above on the transfers I have done with them from crypto to mtgox but I assume it works in the same way.

Hi Critical, we will look into this now, very sorry about the delay, every one has been working on this trade engine for release on Monday.

Sorry about the delay, we will see if its an issue at our end, or in the middle, or where.

mostly likely its stuck at tradehill side still, the manager at cryptoxchange has been helpful!

The transfers, are being approved by Tradehill and sent out in spurts, please email us and also BitInstant if you have any issues, there have been some delays but BitInstant have said that things are moving.

Please do let us know if you are experiencing any issues.
