Click on "Ghash.io", then click the workers tab at the top of the screen and set the starting difficulty on the right column.

Hes blabbing about shareholders, so I don't think that that's what hes talking about.
Minimum difficulty is 16 anyway.

In fact the settings are still only available on cex.io (one of a few shortcomings of the partner sites).

On cex.io click on the little downarrow right beside your name in the upper right corner and select profile.

There you will for one find the "mining settings" tab in which you can set a default stratum difficulty for all workers (16 is minimum).

To set automatic payout you need to go to the "auto payout" tab, click "add payee", enter a name for the "payee", your bitcoin address and set the payout amount to 100% so everything is paid to that one address.

If you have more than one miner/worker you can set the difficulty per worker on ghash.io by clicking on "workers" in the upper left. In the table that shows the workers you can then click inside the difficulty field of the according worker and edit the difficulty by typing the new one in.

BTW, I noticed an error with Ghash.io. My miner is set to the US mining pool but when I visit gnash.io, the UK pool is displayed (which doesn't seem editable either). Any way to correct this?
