is there someone bored or have a free time to briefly explain it to me. thanks
Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Its just a third party member who holds the funds, until both sides agree.

Heres a perfect example:

Just like the person said above, its usually a trusted member like John K.

Who holds the funds, based on the agreements etc. Then funds are released with the okay sign with the buyer.
