It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Yeah, that price seems too good to be true. I googled zeusminer festival and nothing came up, and the a link to the sale doesn't appear anywhere on their homepage. Whats going on? No freaking way 28 mh/s for 1200$. |

Oh wait, I see it now. Seems legit. Huh, maybe scrypt ASICs arent exactly selling like hotcakes with multi-hundred mh 28nm beasts around the corner and scrypt coins falling in price.
