Online wallet is blockchain.info
Offline wallet is Electrum

 Grin

Do you use Electrum on a computer that's connected to the internet or is that computer "really" offline, as in you sign your transactions on it and then broadcast those transactions to the Bitcoin network on another machine?

Hello everyone,

I am new to the whole Bitcoin thing. I'm learning that there are a bunch of different Bitcoin wallets out there and from the research i've done some are better than others. I'm looking for something that will keep my Bitcoin safe but also something that's not going to charge a fee every time i go to make a transaction. What's the most popular wallet that everyone is using? Any feedback helps!

Thanks,

Danolanater

That transaction fee is not claimed by your wallet client, but the miners.
Standard bitcoin tx fee is now at 0.0001 btc / KB, and you will need to pay it no matter which client you use.

You can take a look at http://bitcoinfees.com/
