My eBay account was hacked and someone stole server time for the BitCoin system.  I don't even understand what this is really.  But can anyone please help me learn how to find the person who hijacked my account?  Or help me figure out where to look?  I will pay a commission fee.
Here is the info the person gave to the server operator.
Pool: uk1.ghash.io:3333 Workername : etienne0815.worker222 Password: anything
does this identify a person?

So that person was mining on the Ghash pool using an account etienne0815.
You may try to contact the pool, but I don't think they will do anything or tell you the info of that account at all.

You can declare a reward for DOX him (if you know at least his nick). There are many users good in searching details of other persons. But is must be some sort of unique nick. No one will dox e.g. Johny, because there will be many users using this nick.

Do you mean that someone hacked into your server and used it for mining? It's difficult to tell from the way you worded your post.

If so, you can try contacting Ghash.io (the pool that was used for the mining) and as them for more information on the user etienne0815, though it's unlikely that they will respond.

You're bit chaotic.
Do you mean that someone hacked into your ebay account and bought a bitcoin mining contract? How did they pay? Did they hack your paypal as well?

Have you reported it to police? If so, contact cex.io, they own ghash.io. There's always a chance that user 'etienne0815' submitted his personal info. Cex.io won't disclose such info to yourself, but they may share it with police (they're registered in UK, not sure which country are you from and what was the value of the purchase). Always worth a try.
