Such a rare coin and it's just going to be abandoned liked that? These people must not like trading or money.
Dev should have just relaunched it properly, and not listen to two guys who were lucky enough to grab a bunch of coins on solomining while all the pools and hundreds of miners were having problems...

Read the thread. Basically there was no premine, but as the OP says:
0.1 ANG of every block, will go to foundation address, for a long-term support of the coin.
So, there will be a total of 100000 ANG (10000 blocks * 10 ANG).
There were problems with that donation addresss and pools were'nt finding any blocks for a long time...some pool owners managed to fix it, but with a significant delay. In meanwtime, solo mining was working properly and few guys managed to solo mine while diff was low. Thiose who relied on pools were left empty handed. Dev only tested solo mining before the launch, but not pools combined with that foundation address thing...
