Unlike the policy of Bitmain, they starting pre-orders now.

Any thoughts about this?

Paying 1.3 BTC pre-order while the bitcoin is taking a dive (slow but certain) can leave you in 3 months with a miner devaluated to .5 BTC without even mining a bit.
We have all see it go wrong with Black Arrow.

Q4 order date has me concerned on the other hand if BTC rebounds you should be OK....me know idea just saying

 That why Bitmain smart move to pay in USD and not like S3 pay in BTC then dived down.
