Didn't the auction end a few hours ago at noon PST?

isn't it at 11.59 PM as usual, at the end of the whole day?

That would be reasonable, although without AM or PM, the time format looks like ISO 8601:

usually, without AM/PM we still need AM/PM to be sure! Grin

We are getting down to the wire. Upon completion of the auction I will announce the winner and in the morning send a package (escrow optional) with all necessary materials. If desired, I will also begin setup Skype consultations plus hosting consultation (one month consultation and integration included). I can also provide an Amazon server image to the winner with a configured webserver as well as altcoin daemons.

Sorry. Auction's over. Apologize for holding it over this forum - mods are corrupt.

I understand.. rules are the rules. the auction was not fair on newbies who are not allowed to post as often and when trying to click on post after the warning got:
An Error Has Occurred!
The last posting from your IP was less than 360 seconds ago. Please try again later.

Sent you screenshot on skype to prove my good faith of my bud up to 20 BTC
