just a few more questions for you eurbids

1)will you be releasing any of the promised upgrades to kore 2.0
2)will you implement the messenger?
3)will you be working with the koreteam to implement the code for Korephone so they can get landline to address working?
4)will you be implementing a proper buddylist/phonebook for kore voip?
5)will you be able to implement conference calls?

please be specific as your answer as they will be the deciding factor on whether some of us stay to help build the community, or instead jump on the train with the competition while we wit for the KORE 3.0.

also remember that if there are to many broken promises the community will have a hard time trusting that there will be a working 3.0 to jump on in 6 months.

sorry for the misunderstanding eurbids, what i meant was please follow through with the future promises or kore 3.0 wont work.

the only promises you havent come through on were with your timeline for alpha 2.3 and beta launch.

1. OSX version is already fixed. Buddies working fine without presence and SMS that it's a server problem, wallet is ready for it.
2. yes
3. no, korephone it's a MikeMike and Kore Team project. I've not part in this.
4. look the one
5. conference calls it's a interesting feature. I will look about it

Tell me you now, please, what is this "many broken promises" ? I've jumped only a one release, not more broken promises in my history.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Eurbids,

Are you saying that IF you are given code that won't take much time for you at all to allow the KorePhone to call wallet addresses that you will not do it?

But of course I will do it. But my priority and my work is on the wallet. I wanted to mean that I don't write code (firmware) for korephone.

Excellent!

That's what I thought and I do want to say to You and the Community
Many many things get mixed up in translation so it's best to try to clarify
something IF you think it's incorrect so though difficult at times it
might be a good approach to let some possible misunderstandings
slide till clarified.

Thank you Eurbids.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

Eurbids,

Could you release the 128k to the Escrow address or at least 5-15% of it so we can
do some promotions etc.

Let me know IF you want to be listed as one of the 3-required signers to release coins from Escrow
and I will have the Agent change the agreement.

Wow!
I was not expecting that much.
We will use it wisely I promise.
Coins will NEVER be dumped and only trickle sold
if a sale is required.

I will notify the Escrow agent to open his wallet so the transaction can go through.

Thanks Eurbids.

Q. Is the audio encrypted before it is sent through Tor so that it may only be decrypted by the recipient? Extra info on this appreciated

Where are you read that VoIP going through TOR ? VoIP cannot going through TOR because TOR don't support UDP packets.

VoIP at now going through TLS and in the KoreCoin 3.0 will going through a local dedicated encrypted VPN.

This is not good.

I misunderstood ur tech from the beginning.
All your spiel about TOR and the calls dont traverse it? I must have been an idiot.

My speil ?  Huh

Yes you misunderstood. TOR is embedded and working on the wallet for the P2P connections. And will be more useful in the Kore 3.0

Never told that voice going through TOR. TLS encrypt the voice and server is log-less for address2address. Your calls are Anon.

You do not understand: It is not technically possible to run (existing) SIP server/PBX systems over TOR.  Nobody can do it, because TOR does not support UDP (which is what such systems make use of.)  The solution needs to be "something else", and that is what Eurbids is saying he is working on, because it will be a first(!)  What can, currently, run through TOR is other information which is relayed using TCP/IP.  KoreCoin does make use of TOR TCP/IP connections, which is what can be expected.

It is my bad. I did not do my research.
Your VOIP implementation is no more secure than any other private voip network utilizing TLS?

You talk about anonymity? But the anon is derived from an industry standard like TLS?

I'm sorry Eurbids. We are on different pages…

What happened was someone made that comment that the VoIP went through TOR and
became adopted without clarification.

I think Eurbids statement about the calls being ANON was misunderstood it being ANON through TOR.

DOES NOT MEAN the calls are not ANON.
The Calls Are ANON just not through TOR.
