This is terrible, gambling totally fucked my life up. Now, I don't have enough money to pay for my expensea. I can't take my children out to the movies as I promised them. I only have enough to buy food until the next month when I get paid. I wish gambling was made illegal throughout the world, all it does is ruin people lives. I hope the casino operators all go to hell for what they do.
I'm pretty new to bitcoins, I went on to localbitcoins and bought 5 btc and transferred 3000$ from my bank account. I heard BTC price will rise so it was an investment for me. Then I signed up on this website and saw this section of forums so I opened up some dice sites. Then I played for free and saw that winning appeared to be easy. I clicked deposit, copied the address and sent all 5 of my BTC there. When it arrived in my balance, I went for 90% win chance and clicked roll. Then poof, suddenly my life turned to fucking hell. I wish the moment I wanted to click Roll, my hand was severed with a sword. I don't know what to tell my wife and children now. I truly hope God would punish the one who took my money in his pocket and punish me more for committing this sin.
I`m sorry for you man. But there is a thing called risk management. You should never risk more than you can afford to lose. NR 1 RULE OF ANY INVESTMENT IS TO NOT RISK MORE THAN YOU CAN AFFORD TO LOSEIf you break that rule, it will be to your own detriment, and bad things like this can happen. It's not the casino that is guilty here, they only provide a service, its your choice to participate in it or not. And you choose to do, plus you ignored RULE NR 1, so It was your fault. Besides 90% is not 100%, nobody guaranteed that you will win, you just gambled wrecklessly all your money, and you lost. I hope things turn out good for you, and you will learn from this. Good luck man. Its easy to say rule #1. But, I think the underlying to this is you need to self control then anything else before you learn how to gamble. I feel like because most cant master self control, the rule #1 is broken regardless. Also, difference between making money on gambling is if, you know better odds then other people on playing the game.

This thread is like a warning sign. Playing on 90% is a risky idea. You risk a lot to win a tiny bit. Something like this rarely pays off. 90% odds means that for every 9 players that win there is one player that pay for their winnings :þ

I am sure one of your gods will smite whoever was so evil as to give you the option to wager Bitcoins! Or you know, take responsibility for your own actions. Whatever seems easiest I suppose

Its a bit hard to get 100% being homeless. He`s probably split with his wife, and living at a relatives and on EBT cards aka food stamps.

What do you expect from him To tell how god punished him for gambling or to confirm that his life is continuously fucked since then? Poor man, I lost like 50$ on bikinidice and still remember that shitty feeling inside that evening... I feel for him.. 5 btc... god... (don't punish him..). He punished himself 100 times already during this time thinking about that..

He`s probably split with his wife, and living at a relatives and on EBT cards aka food stamps. not to make light of the situation on homeless but: http://www.mypersonalfinancejourney.com/2013/10/income-beggars-street-performers.htmlhttp://www.mediaite.com/tv/stossel-dresses-panhandles-to-prove-you-really-shouldn%E2%80%99t-give-to-these-street-people/“I had heard that some people beg for a living and make big bucks — $80,000 a year in some cases,” said Stossel. “I made at a rate of about $24,000 tax free — I just did it for a couple hours — But, with one sign that said ‘help, I really need help,’ and one sign that said ‘hey, I’ll be honest with you, I just want a beer.’ I collected the same rate.”

The thing that got me was he had children who was going to had to go without because of his stupid mistake We all make mistakes that is being human but there was no need to transfer everything you have to a dice site. Maybe if you really wanted to you send 0.5BTC or 1 over but not everything you have. Chances are if he had children he is fine now but that must have been a hard lesson in what not to do, lesson to others that read this..

I think the guy that lost like 300 DRK is in a much worse position considering that DRK is hitting new yearly highs.

Obviously OP won't login and make a update again, so why are you bumping this dead thread up? There's a chance he could check back for Bitcoin related news. Otherwise, it can serve as a reminder to always gamble with what you can afford to lose.

I have not heard about the 300DRK that is not a worse position is it compared to a few thousand? I personally would be a lot more annoyed losing 5 bitcoin than losing a few hundred DRK. Do you mean the guy who lost 300btc that has recently opened a thread the last week? Either way losing is never good and gambling should be limited and not to get excited over and putting in everything you own is just super silly but people are doing it and wonder why when they feel like crap.
