BTER DEPOSIT missing

Hi, wondering if anyone can help. I've deposited a lot of ZET to BTER. Small transactions went through immediately, however my large transaction never hit my wallet but shows it was withdrawn to what looks to be their own storage. They stopped responding to support requests and I'd like my coins back. If anyone thinks they can help please let me know how or also if you've had a similar experience and had it resolved before, again, please contact me.
