The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

This was a correction to a Coindesk article about Xapo back in April

"MasterCard has contacted CoinDesk to reiterate that it does not have a relationship with Xapo, and that it had no knowledge of the company’s planned product launch.

The company added: “MasterCard does not have a relationship with Xapo. There is no card program currently available.”

I think Xapo were planning on using Mastercard. Looks like they hadn't gotten around to actually telling them the excellent news.
