forgive me if this has been answered. Didnt see it.
Does the coupon apply at one coupon can be used for one future order?
I ask cause I ordered 20 s3-b1
so if i get 20 coupons, i have to buy 20 more units to use them?
Same question here for me also! I have ordered 6xS3's and would like to know does the new coupons apply to 6 more orders or apply to any new S3 orders?

I went for the refund on 6 S3 units, better to have money in hand. These may be my last batch of miners until we all start to see some real increases in hashing power delivered by the manufactures. What will we see next from Bitmain? S1 and S2 upgrade kits? Soon??? S4 = 2 TH S5 = 4 TH S6 = 8 TH One can only hope!

So "waldohoover" ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=101143) of coiningsolutions.com is refusing to give out the 7.7% refund on my order of 4 S3's, but lucky me I can have coupons, as long as I buy more from coiningsolutions.com of course. Here's what I got back in PM when I asked for a refund as per Bitmain's instructions....a warning to anyone thinking of purchasing through coiningsolotions.com! Hi WH,
Just checking you got my PM? Let me know if you need me to do anything else to process the 7.7% refund.
Thanks!
Kebabman
Hi Kebabman, We have decided our batch order is going to be in the form of Coupons and not a refund. You are entitled to redeem your coupon if you decide to purchase future miners through us. Thank you, WH Hi WH, But bitmain said we could choose a coupon or a refund? Thanks, Kebabman Hey Kebabman, Correct, but I am not Bitmain. I'm working as an independent reseller and since I cannot choose per order and only on batch orders, coupons make more sense on paper. Sorry for the inconvenience, to avoid any mixups in the future you can always order directly through Bitmain. WH

They do bulk orders and Bitmain doesn't allow you to pick one coupon, rest in BTC.

Sure, or, he's specifying he wants a refund in BTC from Bitmain, pocketing the BTC, and handing out 10% coupons only valid for coiningsolutions.com which basically cost him nothing and force people to be repeat customers.

I did it because he still had batch3 S3's left in stock when Bitmain was sold out. Looks like that was a mistake.

No number yet. If they ship some today, the tracking info would be sent very late Chinese time, so you can calculate when people would be reporting it.

I emailed Bitmaintech regarding the coupon/refund offer and here's what they replied:
1. How long do we have to decide whether we want the coupon or the refund? A. before July 22. if no action before that, we'll offer the coupon as default
2. When do the coupons expire? A. coupon with a month validity
3. When coupons are used to purchase is it one coupon for one S3. A. one coupon for one S3
4. Is the 10% discount based on the original purchase price or the price of S3 being purchased. A. based on the original price what you have paid for it
I was a little surprised by the last answer but also pretty happy. What I don't understand is why everyone is always complaining that Bitmaintech never responds to them. This is the 3rd email that I sent them and received a reply every time. And no, I never asked about shipping dates. I didn't want to take the chance of not getting a reply
Ok everyone have fun.

Can we not get a new part sent out later and fit it ourselves ?
If your competent with a solder iron and playing with pcb's/components that is !!
If DC-DC limit is the only then we can buy a new DC-DC converter from local market. Fixing it in place of the current DC-DC converter will not become a problem for most.I assume most of the miners can DIY that. For all that, we need some more information or clarification regarding this limitation or instability.
