That's a vicious cycle isn't it? Not that money is the only incentive to participate in promotions. But it makes the job a lot easier. Wouldn't it be better to have a constant amount set aside for promotions? And then just distribute it in different ways to see what works?

The campaign has been adjusted to provide more flexibility and pay! Here are the Cliff's Notes:

* Whitelist is in effect for Affiliate and better ranked slots
* Unlimited Supporter slots, required enrollment for new users to get on the whitelist
* Affiliate enrollments reduced to 14 days
* Affiliate payments increased to 0.05, availability reduced by one slot
* Existing Affiliates will get a one-time auto renewal since they signed up for 28 days
* Existing Affiliates will inherit the pay raise retroactively

All currently enrolled Affiliates have been PM'ed.
