not that I can help on this one, but there is a good amount of people here who live in SF and I've had some offers in the past for in-person trades in the SF area. Keep asking and you should find one. Check your local Craigslist too.

Email Jered @ TradeHill, Andrew Bitcoiner, and many others are in SF.

If you go to the Rocketspace in downtown, there are a bunch of Bitcoiners who work out of there.
