Help with mining rig please !

Guys i have a GT 240 in my system and i want to run my PC using the build-in VGA in my motherboard and only use the GPU for mining and mining only. I hope that by doing this i will be able to increase my hashrate by taking some load of my GPU by not having to run the display.Is it possible to do ? if so please explain. Thanks in advance . I personally use cudaminer.
