We just had 25 customers withdraw today alone
How did 25 people withdraw, if they have to bet it 75x? How can they have bet the 100.00 75x already? (thats 7,500.00 in bets.) |

Just open a ticket or talk to live help they will be happy to assist you. Cashouts are done in 24 hrs.

So whenever you did it the first time, I played 1 hand and my browser crashed. I opened a ticket because I didn't write my log in information down.
Now when I go to the site I am logged in again. But it says I have 0 credits, I only bet 1 of the 100 credits you issued me.
I do not see a place to open a ticket at all, and how can I get those credits back?

Pretty fun indeed! The slots are a blast but the "mayan" keeps crashing i had a 5 eagles roll and it game me an error, "numbers dont match" Or something like that... please fix it as that was a HUGE LOSS!  |

Ok i can now say the it is one of the worst casinos out there. The design is terrible (but they do have some good games, especially slots)
The support is extremely rude, not helpful and 90% of time not available. Games keep crashing and much more!

So, you can only get some free credits, but you can never receive a cashout on the site... Btw, it seems you have mistyped those "July". |
