Deleting accounts doesn't mess up any threads, like this thread. It just changes to anonymous, with no profile information. Post stays intact.

As you can see here, I only change the username to "Anonymous" on request.

Never, never use real information about yourself on free web sites.  On pay sites you generally have to.

My name is really Matthew N. Wright.

Got a problem with that?

Not at all.  My name is really Robert Paulson.

Is there anyone in Bitcointalk forum who tell me that how to delete bitcointal forum account?<…>
I assume you want to delete all posts and the account itself. You cannot delete your account.
At best, you can try to delete all posts that are deletable (not all are – depending on where they were published), or nullify (erase) their content.

Since your account is still a Newbie with low activity, I guess you could do something like plagiarize and then report the plagiarized post, which may get it Nuked. A Nuked account gets its posts deleted. I'm trying to find the exact activity limit for a Nuked Newbie.

Bitcointalk is not like Facebook and Twitter where there is an option to deactivate your account or deleting your account, all you need to do if you wish to say goodbye to the forum is to never log in again simple and if you are concern about personal data, just know that any thing you ever posted on the internet can never be erase totally.
