It seems no one has the balls to press charges and Garr was smart enough to buy off the people who do.

I will give any lawyer $10,000 in BTC to press charges against Garr for his crimes. If we need to go more than $10,000 I am very open minded and am willing to pay more if that is what is needed.

Trading finally stopped - to let a worthless stock trade for 2 days after the final dividend is pretty amazing I have to say. Wow!

It says right in the title "Resurrected."

Either you own the bitcoins(private keys) or you don't. However with moneroj, nobody knows what you own.

I agree, but this was Garr's / Mentor's fault and not the exchange's. No one could have known that the div was the final payment until Mentor posted that in the thread (which was also on a weekend).

I guess COGQ didn't roll off the tongue quite like NEOBEEQ...  MSQ sounds good, though.  Spring cleaning.

This dividend was indeed the last payout. I'd like to clarify some of the details.
Per share payout: BTC 0.0076
Total payout (13595 shares): BTC 103.322

lol this is ridiculous. Turning millions of dollars into 100 BTC...

It took them a looong time to get Trendon and he was a blatant, big (massive by today's BTC/USD rate) Ponzi scheme. The SEC is far behind the curve when it comes to Bitcoin Securities fraud, for better or worse.

Well it looks like after all there will be some effort to go after Garr. I honestly thought he had got away with it. Tip of the hat to the guys going after him. Traveling right now but will forward the requested documents ASAP.

I would like to contribute some too if there is actually someone going after Garret. He literally turned a million $ company into a $50k company in a few months, it reeks of fraud/theft.

Just wanted Garr to know he is going to go to jail but did not give away the guys personal information as I don't have permission. Going to see if he will post in the thread to get help.
