If they are all orphaned, and you have the premine block then you probably had 0 connections when you started and forked immediately.

You need to reset your wallet and make sure you are connected.

Dedicated pool got this cloud flare bug. It keep refreshing because of DOS protection. I usually need to wait for 5-10 mins before i can get into the site.
