I'm getting error messages all over the place, I've tried making my firewall trust the bitcoin.exes and I've checked all the usual thing like my settings, first thing I wanted to try was solo mining, you know, just because Cheesy then I tried signing up to my deepbit account and all of a sudden it doesn't let me through on that either, despite me being able to log in just fine on the site itself.

Here are the errors that I see:

Deepbit lib.InfoException: wrong login and password Z39sZGVuaGFuZDFAbGI2ZS5jby51

Solo mining:

Problems communicating with bitcoin RPC 0 2

Problems communicating with bitcoin RPC 1 2

No more backup pools left. Using primary and starting over.

There is your error - you can ignore the other errors.

Your mining username is probably not the same as your website username.

Use BitMinter.  It's a miner specially made for idi-, erm... mommies and daddies.

LOL I'm 22 damnit! I'll give that a try if it's easier thanks, the odd thing is though I got it set up just fine on GUIMiner before so I don't know what's up with that.

22?  You're probably just barely too young to get that reference then.  Wink

But seriously, I love it because it is simple.  Just start it up and run. And it's solid too - I've run it for months at a time without crashing.  Screw command lines and trying to tweak for the extra 0.5MH/s, I'll take the GUI.

Yeah that's not it at all, the bitminter program works fine though.
