Being a gay female president would be revolutionary, just not if that gay female president was Hillary Clinton. Being a female gay atheist would be even better though  , but that would never happen. Hillary has a good shot I think though.

i wouldn't vote for hilary myself, but to think that being a gay candidate would help your chances is just ridiculous.. probably because you're completely bias against hilary. if it were such a positive thing, then more people would come out of the closet.

Potentially true but if the average person is thinking more about their lot in life rather than what's hip in 2016 then Rand Paul will mop the floor w/ Hillary or any other statist they can enthuse people about.

They will let Rand Paul almost win to keep that segment of the population convinced that voting is still valid.

We saw how ecstatic the Trendies became when given a somewhat black president.  Imagine their joy if given a gay, female, atheist Presidential candidate.

I suspect they will flip the Presidency back to a Republican next time.  Republicans need a win to keep them on the hook.  Many are becoming disenchanted and beginning to question the whole process, and leave the party.

For Divide ut Regnes to be work, people have to stay interested in the show.  If their team/protagonist is getting stomped, they lose hope, and then lose interest.  That's bad cattle management.

If she comes out as a homosexual, then actually she will lose votes from the centrist voters (including conservative Democrats and Independents). Remember that the extreme-left and the homosexuals already supports her by 99% to 99.9%. She will not gain any more votes from them.

the alternative to voting for hilary is probably some far right republican.. who gays and civil rights voters don't care for. so yeah, it's not going to win her any votes, because at worst the LGBT are choosing hilary as the lesser of evils.

most of you guys here have a hard-on for rand paul, but he's made it clear that he supports "the sanctity of marriage," so even if your guy gets nod from the GOP.. you have it on record that this "libertarian, get your hands off my government" candidate is not going to be a friend to the LGBT community.
