NAV is so cheap at these level with Double Encrypted Anon technology, the price will go up to 100k within this week so don't dump at cheap sell orders.

4000 satoshi today  Shocked?

It might reach 4500 soon.  Last I remember we reach 4500. From experience there is no point selling at all at this moment, just buy as it is way under value with such communities and interest. With announcement made tommorrow we might see quick break through 6K sat.

You guys never got back to me or answered about whether your coin has any official ties to the navajo nation.  I really think that if it does not, you should reconsider the name for two reasons:

1) History of malignment from european colonizer society against first nations of Americas, this includes cultural appropriation without credit.
2) If your coin is actually successful in the long run you will eventually be sued for trademark/name infringement by the actual Navajos.

Just my opinion, I wonder why you guys don't reply to this point.

I am not a dev team member but I can tell you it has no affiliation to the Navajo tribe. The name was used as an inspiration and tribute to them for their role in WW2

Who exactly is to be sued? Even if they knew soopy's real identity, he only produced FOSS. He did not sell anything. He certainly never sold "navajo coins" to anyone

On a side note, I made a brief search on the internet to see whether the Apache Software Foundation had to request permission to use the Apache tribe's name.
I couldn't find anything relevant. In their page they do mention that they chose the name out of respect for the tribe's superior combat skills but that's just about it.

If you have any relevant info, please provide it. And if there isn't any, well I suppose if ASF have gotten away using that name, navajocoin is in the clear

1) The ethnicity of the DEVELOPERS and USERS of NAVAJOCOIN are DIVERSE and IRRELEVANT
2) We do not owe anybody an apology for choosing NAVAJO as our coin name.
3) We do not need to be tied down by imaginary rules and regulations
