OK...back up your wallet.dat
Delete everything and try syncing from scratch. When you sync the blockchain just replace wallet.dat backup for new one.

The blockchain explorer shows my proper nav balance but the wallet is fully synced and far off the proper amount.  I have just reinstalled the wallet, so i'm not sure what to do to fix it

50% of the posts in this thread are about wallet issues (going back to mid-2016 that I know of)...
And the only way to touch this coin is to use the Polo exchange wallet.

One can surmise that the "anon tech" will "work" about as well as your wallet.

I have been running the 3.7 wallet for many months with only a minor issue. A few people have had issues with the 3.9 wallet and have received support for
their problems which is usually a simple repair. Thank you for your thorough in depth investigative work anyways.

Hi SomeRelax, have you tried running the "repairwallet" command via the console?

Start your wallet, click on Help at the top, then Debug Window. Now select the Console tab and type (without the quotation marks) repairwallet. Hit Enter and let it run.

Let us know if this helps.

Hi SomeRelax, I have asked that someone come over to offer assistance via the Slack channel (you should join the channel there or the official NAV forums as there will be better help there) to see if they can help. I have my limits, but can do the basics. Someone will help you out though. Do you have a backed up version of the wallet.dat file, just in case the one you are using is somehow corrupt?

i have a problem with my old wallet.dat
when i open it in the latest qt-wallet, it just shows my transactions with ? for mined coins and ! for receiving coins and 0.00 balance in the wallet
the wallet.dat file is for 2015
is there any trick or special thing that i have to do to access to the coins or start stacking?

I doubt even the devs can help you unless they still have the old chain running.
Even then, its been months since the swap deadline has passed.

I must say that I am slightly perturbed that the devs will not be posting on here and insist we join the official forum.

New investors will not go to the hassle of signing up on yet another forum to see what is happening on a not very well advertised niche site.

I certainly don't have a problem with the new forum etc. but many use bitcointalk as a source for everything crypto related. Its where I found out about summer coin / Nav in the first place.

For many the first port of call for news will always a be a site like bitcointalk, which can then lead them to the official site, but if you just land on the last page of this forum there is no mention of the official forum or link to it and it could look like no one is posting and therefore could look a bit spooky.

I urge the devs and indeed everyone to keep posting on here to at least keep Nav fresh in everyones minds and not an exclusive club that few know about.

I just viewed NAV's day chart, I am astonished because NAV was 200 sat ATL, but 7k sat ATH. This team is doing real development job, is not like other teams. Great job, dev team.
