Bitcoin Core developer [PGP] Warning: For most, coin loss is a larger risk than coin theft. A disk can die any time. Regularly back up your wallet through FileBackup Wallet to an external storage or the (encrypted!) cloud. Use a separate offline wallet for storing larger amounts.

Indeed, but judging by the replies so far it looks like your proposal has been overwhelmingly rejected by the community. I can think of two alternatives to achieve your goals:

1) Make your own walled garden wiki and try to make it the official one.

or
 
2) Go to MagicalTux directly and try to convince him to implement a walled garden wiki.
