I think they are able to offer BTSX trading because it was snapshotted off PTS. People who had there PTS on the exchange at the time are now being allowed to trade the BTSX the exchanges will be allocated on their behalf.
Even at that price it would put it number 5/6 in Market CAP, but personally I'm expecting much higher. A great buying opportunity here IMO.
