Yeah, nobody is bearish anymore on the Trading View, even DanV turned intermediate term bull . That really worries me.

That really worries me. naw, plenty of bears if you're looking at the chat. but even if not, 4hr indicators have been so low that a bounce should be expected, even if we don't see a bubble move. personally dont see bubble happening this soon.

Seems that all TAs show that a bubble is emerging soon. But I ask, if everybody expects a bubble, could it not happen only because of that?

There is really a majority thinking that the next one is coming very soon, which was not the same at all before previous bubbles.

Everybody on this forum and everyone in the world is not the same. It used to be that people outside of this forum did not invest in Bitcoin but that is a long time ago and becoming less true every day.

Yea, but media on the low prices definetly wasn't bullish, so this should resemble to general bitcoin investor also.

This. We are approaching the point where BTC will be ready to go into mass adoption mode.

Barry Silbert of SecondMarket also recently said: “I guarantee there will be another bitcoin price bubble.” Money is coming in in the near future, I know people were saying July/August, but its looking like this fall will be when prices start goign up again

Do you have a source? When did he say this? http://www.entrepreneur.com/article/230346 though not this exact quote, but another similar one. "We're three to six months away from Wall Street dollars moving into Bitcoin in a big way," Been a while, it was in December 2013.

The thing with Silbert is, he has an interest in making it happen (to rake in fees for his fund) by telling the world it is actually happening, regardless if this is the truth or not, maybe because he imagines he can help contribute making it happen this way. Meanwhile the reality is that for about 2 months now I think, purchases at SecondMarket have been historically highly lackluster https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=337486.0

And they will probably continue to be lackluster, until the bubble suddely is a fact and then everybody and their mother wants in. That's how bubbles work.

And they will probably continue to be lackluster, until the bubble suddely is a fact and then everybody and their mother wants in. That's how bubbles work. Sure, as far as retail/casual investors go. But smart money is often buying in during low volume/lull times. And I would think SM is one of the places for smart money (that doesn't want to sit money on shady exchanges or buy with slippage) to turn to.

When markets are moving this slow, smart money has time to accumulate in the least visible manner. This means contracts with miners and slow accumulation on exchanges. When the next bubble hits, the dumb money will find out the hard way that supply of coins will be nonexistent. Smart money will already have bought anything available at reasonable prices. Dumb money will be forced to sit on the sidelines or buy in at unreasonable prices.

Sure, that's what I was saying -- that smart money accumulates during low volume lulls. However, I would expect some of that accumulation to happen through venues like Second Market.
