What happened::

Should have paid $150 for Domain regsitration & renewing
As well as 800 via moneygram

If he really did scam you he's really stupid. I found his complete address in a few seconds and if he's been doing this consistently you can file a report with Action Fraud. Don't expect much to come of it from your report alone but hey if he's involved in other dodgy stuff then they'll investigate.

thank you for your reply Smiley,  im just reporting this dude on behalf of a very good friend.  His english skills are not the best so i just try to take care about this scammer.

most likly after godaddys reply  (within max 72 hours)  i will recommend him to fill out the report and maybe recommend him to go to his local police station

How do he scam you? BTC doesn't appear to be involved so why are you posting here, is he a member of bitcointalk?
