I cannot run the new HTML wallet because of a missing dependency (libminiupnpc.so.10).
Unfortunately Ubuntu trusty has only libminiupnpc8.
Where I can find the source codes?

Can you provide a static version?

Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

#Ubuntu 14.04 x86_64 dependency issue:

In recent testing we found Ubuntu 14.04 had issue finding a dependecy (libminiupnpc.so.10) for "BitcoinDarkd" process. To resolve that you can follow these steps:

1. sudo apt-get install -y libminiupnpc-dev

2. Check if file required 'libminiupnpc.so' or 'libminiupnpc.so.10' is present on system by using this commmand: ls -lh /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libminiupnpc.so*

3. If 'libminiupnpc.so' is there but 'libminiupnpc.so.10' isn't use this command to make symlink: sudo ln -s /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libminiupnpc.so.8 /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libminiupnpc.so.10

4. Now start BTCD Wallet again and it should work fine.

GoldenEye, a new version of the wallet will be coming soon with a one click installer for all platforms.  The current html wallet is a very raw beta version primarily for testing.

Symlinking was not enough. I had to update libstdc++ also (using an ppa).  Now, with libstdc++.so.6.0.21, seems all running well.
However, I had corrupted my blockchain and peers.dat, I had to restore the ~./BitcoinDark folder from a backup Shocked
Now everything runs again.

Any news about the release of the new client? I still have problems to get the current wallet run on my Mac OSX 10.7. I am using supernet client atm to manage my BTCD.

BitcoinDark integrates InstantDEX - decentralised trading engine*

The BitcoinDark platform has integrated InstantDEX (iDEX), allowing decentralised trading from a range
of sources within the client. The current iDEX-enabled wallet is a beta release intended for testing by
the community. Feedback and support can be found on the BTCD bitcointalk forum and on the BTCD SuperNET
Slack channel.

InstantDEX has been in development for over a year, and this is the first time a working version has
been released for public use. InstantDEX is decentralised trading middleware: a piece of software that
sits between users and exchanges, allowing composite orderbooks to be built up from a number of sources,
including traditional centralised exchanges such as Poloniex and Bittrex, the distributed Multigateway,
and other decentralised options such as Nxt’s Asset Exchange. Trades are negotiated directly between
peers in near-realtime. Nominal flat fees are charged (rather than a percentage of the trade), depending
on the transaction fees and the source of liquidity.

Integration of InstantDEX is a core element of BitcoinDark’s strategy to recover cryptocurrency’s ideals
of decentralisation, allowing any user to trade with minimum risk from centralised exchanges and no
requirements for KYC.

From the readme:

If you are on Linux, MAC OS, or are just paranoid, you can always build all of this yourself. You must build on a Linux
host machine, even if you are building for Windows!
Instructions at github.com/jl777/btcd/libjl777

I think the correct link is https://github.com/jl777/btcd/tree/master/libjl777 but there don't seem to be any build instructions. Does anybody know how to build this for Linux?

git clone git://github.com/jl777/btcd
git clone git://github.com/veririchd/btcd-web-wallet

cd btcd/libjl777
make dependencies
make onetime
make libccoin
make
make btcd

(Let me know if this doesn't work exactly, I'll fix the instructions)

Then there should be a BitcoinDarkd binary in btcd/libjl777.
Set up SuperNET.conf in the same dir with any api keys and/or your nxt passphrase, or just {}
./BitcoinDarkd

Open a new terminal
cd /path/to/btcd-web-wallet
node app.js

127.0.0.1:8080
The wallet unlocking is a little tricky, it will be simplified. You can only run idex if your wallet is unlocked for good. So you'll need to lock it if it's unlocked for staking only (click the left gear icon->Lock Wallet) then click on console and type walletpassphrase <yourpassword> 6000 false

127.0.0.1:8080/IDEX

Thanks for your help. It all seemed to go well until this line:

I simply used the provided SuperNET.conf and now BitcoinDarkd is not happy:

Code:
curl_easy_perform() failed: Couldn't connect to server curl.(http://127.0.0.1:7876/nxt (null)), retries: 1
Maximum number of retries exceeded!

127.0.0.1:8080 and 127.0.0.1:8080/IDEX are not available. Do I need to put my NXT passphrase into the SuperNET.conf? How?

It is definitely running. I can access it from my browser: http://127.0.0.1:7876 takes me to the NXT login page and http://127.0.0.1:7876/nxt returns this:

Code:
{"errorDescription":"Incorrect request","errorCode":1}

That happened to me too. Not sure why. I restarted btcd and ran it as administrator. It worked for a bit, but then did it again.

I shut my computer down for a few hours and when I started it back, it ran fine.

Okay, I restarted BitcoinDarkd as administrator and now it doesn't complain any more. The command 'node app.js' doesn't seem to do anything and both 127.0.0.1:8080 and 127.0.0.1:8080/IDEX are still not available.
