lots of BTCD available on polo up to .01

about 100 BTC worth. someone put a lot up today

weak sauce

worth taking some profits

Could have taken a lot more profits if moby pumpkill would have held strong and allowed the price to keep rising

will be the new monero?

when iguana is released, and it becomes one of the most widely-used bitcoin wallets with bitcoindark built-in, then this could be bigger than monero

Where can I get info from?

In summary, the Intel Management Engine and its applications are a backdoor with total access to and control over the rest of the PC. The ME is a threat to freedom, security, and privacy, and the libreboot project strongly recommends avoiding it entirely. Since recent versions of it can’t be removed, this means avoiding all recent generations of Intel hardware. details https://libreboot.org/faq.html#intelme --- https://tehnoetic.com/laptops --- https://store.vikings.net/x200-ryf-certfied

Short description of iguana on wiki here:
http://wiki.supernet.org/wiki/Main_Page

On supernet slack, there is a lot of development-related discussion:
http://slackinvite.supernet.org/

Github:
https://github.com/jl777/SuperNET

Iguana will bring in users because it's the "most efficient bitcoin core implementation that can simultaneously be full peers for multiple bitcoin blockchains"

The Iguana client will include a bitcoindark wallet, a pegged asset exchange (which runs on btcd), an instant/decentralized exchange (which uses btcd as reference currency), and more agents/plugins as well.

There hasn't been a push for a marketing campaign about this yet.  When the hype starts up, around the time of iguana release, bitcoindark will rise to the top for sure.

Decentralized exchange with BTCD as the pegged coin would be enough with such a small float to make this a very expensive coin in the long run.

Depending on the successful implementation of the theory, I have always thought that BTCD and Dash were the two coins that had the best chance of blowing up ALT coins.

With a much smaller float, BTCD should value much higher than DASH in the long run, and we can all see where that value is now.........

I heard loud noises, what's up with all the shouting in here?

I know, bitcoindark is very exciting and it has been under the radar.  Most people don't know that BTCD is the first coin which is already paying stakers dividends.  And the strong anonymity which will eventually be built in after iguana is also something to shout about.

Not to mention legendary bitcoin developers who have praised the iguana tech.

Poloniex.com is the most liquid place to exchange btcd at this time:
