I think it is important to work with other anon coins
I think a lot of them might be intimidated and afraid of BTCD
The enemy is not other anon coins or any other crypto, fiat system is the enemy
ALL of crypto will benefit from teleport. BTCD is just the thing in the middle of the spiral of an exponentially increasing transition from the failed fiat money system to a new crypto economy

Crypto will always have BTC and many other coins. It is like in fiat, USD was powerful, but there were always other currencies, so why will there be just one crypto? Any crypto that offers something unique and valuable will survive. The amount of usage will depend on how useful

I think the main problem people are having is that the originator and receiver will be linked as long the receiver wants to remove the pod from hyperspace to his address. But they are forgetting that the telepods can still be traded while in hyperspace anonymously.

Is there any way to allow a peer to peer trade of two telepods of equal value, or broadcasting that you want to trade telepods and just have each pod deposit into the other pod's destination address? Or would that be considered trusted/similar to mixing? There wouldn't be the risk of double spending if the deposits were simultaneous, but I guess that would be susceptible to fingerprinting. Is there anyway to completely transfer control of your pod to someone else without the need for cloning first?

I have ideas on this
First things first, we need reliable transporters and accounting.
then I can work on subatomic-teleports, eg. two simultaneous teleports, so both of them are materializing at the same time.

Sorry for that quote, it's not meant to be a slight at anyone thought I could imagine someone taking it that way. BTCD works WITH other coins which is my favorite part.  Dark/BTCD hand in hand in a way.

just wait till the darkmarkets get a hold of this. the moment the darkmarkets got word of darkcoin planning on being anon, the market cap hit 80million. and that coin wasnt even truly anon. btcd is, we are taking litecoins spot, no questions shal be asked. its happening.

i dont mean to put a negative spin on this currency, but hey, come on, were not stupid, bitcoin is used primarily for large drug traders on the darkmarkets. the word dark implies shady, anon-debit cards? why you want anon? so your mom cant see that you brought undies online? no, this is the drug currency, anon transactions, and anon debit card for cashing out on your sales. hasnt been offered up untill now. This coin will take litecoins position within a few months. bitcoin is slow, flawed and transparent. BTCDARK is everything people want bitcoin to be. i dont think you guys realize what is arising here.

Personally speaking I value the coin because I despise dealing with fiat banksters and absolutely value my privacy. Also there would be many legitimate businesses who would prefer to work with a completely anonymous currency. That way they can prevent their competitors from knowing their business.

Well, once all my code is integrated with the core, then it could be argued that my work is inside the core
I have never claimed to have written bitcoin C++ code. If that is your expectation, then now is a good time to sell

That sounds interesting
If there is anyway for two pods to switch owners without the need for cloning (and be able to eliminate the risk of double spending), anyone doing untrusted teleports would gain the same level of privacy as those doing trusted teleports where the pods change hands multiple times. I don't know if that is possible but it sounds like you have some ideas....

well funny you mention this, but let us save some real magic for next year, OK?
