It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.
Advertised sites are not endorsed by the Bitcoin Forum. They may be unsafe, untrustworthy, or illegal in your jurisdiction.

Cool! I think I may sign up. What kind of reliability do you figure you'll get? Is the server rented from a bigger company or are you running your own? (Just looking for details)

I am renting the server from a larger company just to ensure reliability. I have been promised the usual 99.99 uptime.

At this time you are not able to. We are working an adding this functionality in the future. Also I think it wouldn't be the safest way to do that, I have my bitcoind on a remote server.  You are the first person to ask for this, If we get enough demand then I will get it done sooner.

Now that I think about it, for some reason I just assumed that I would have to run bitcoind at the same server as the site. I don't know where else I would run it though. Perhaps I could set up a home server. I would have more control over the wallet, but I don't know how reliable it would be...

I was having the same thought, but when I analyzed the situation I came to the I was better off hosting it at my office. I have a laptop with an extended battery + a modular battery and a UPS. I also have it doing a wallet backup once an hour. I find that this is the most secure way. My backups go to my personal email, Hotfile, Fileserv and an external hard drive. I think if you are going to run any business you need to have it like that. As business picks up you could always backup at a faster rate. Shoot me an email if you need some more information.

Thanks for the info. Once I've got my plan more into place (hopefully soon), I'll definitely check you out for hosting. You've got great prices, especially for someone like me who's feeling more like testing the waters right now.
