No its not , I have spoken to him , they had a major storm go thru were he is and it knocked out there power and cell towers , so he has extremely limited access to net and communications , he is annoyed with it as he cant do basically anything and even the communication with him via phone is extrmely scratch , he expects it back on and access soon
