If you file your annual return late you get a notice of proposal to be deregistered, even if its only a week late. It's happened to me before.

Not saying this is or is not the case, just pointing it out. I have no idea why this notice was issued.

Like I said I don't pretend to be an expert at business law, but I think it is pretty obvious if a company was dancing around insolvency since 2011, they would have more than 0 credit defaults, wouldn't be able to afford offices for Bohan to be in with employees in the background (You can even see Nilesh walking by at the 16:00 mark in the window in the infamous google+ video), along with being able to afford all that mining hardware to make the scam possible and even recently hire http://webmatric.com.au as their new web developer in July (look it up, GES is a new client). Insolvent means literally no money left, they wouldn't even have the resources left to concoct such a grand scheme to "save" their company.

N do think Rivaa mined 25000 uro! They did scoop up these at cheap price.
Till the time uncertainity prevails its beneficial for the players behind the scenes to quitely get as many uro as possible before giving us traders the final Big Proof.

Its another few weeks before nuro wallet is up n running on blockcypher.
Scratch cards would b around 7 weeks away.

And for scratch cards with loaded 1 uro - u will get 1 uro whenever u want to use the card.
When in future uro is accepted by local distributer or a urea exchange, u will get 1mt of urea with that.

N if u wud want to cash out fiat or btc with that, u will get the amount that 1 uro is trading in the open market at that given point of time

These scratch cards are just like paper wallets n appeal more to the general public.

ok, lets get back to URO. I keep hearing about explosion for so many days. I keep hearing "buy now"
We have seen many news lately but the price is getting lower and bagholders wants to see the pump.

1. URO got added to "Blockcypher" - have not seen any reaction on the market
2. RIVAA confirmed buys from GES HK - have not seen any reaction - price falls
3. STARTJOIN Project - started few days ago

Daniel Keller started a project on "Startjoin"  called "Urocoin Prypto Scratch Cards"  to have a physical money just as BTC does
which is so far rewarded by 8 URO investors/traders or how ever you want to call it.
I am sure this amount of money (€1200) wont stop URO to have another highlight added on the top.  But this is just a copy of BTC, nothing new

But please let me understand following.
If i would get one of these cards (1 URO = €12) and I hold it for a while and URO hits the magic 0.5, is my URO scratch card still worth €12 or 0.5BTC?
Who would define the price of this card and according to what? Because at the moment I would not pay €12 for the card. And what if the price drops again?

We will add a reward for backers. It will be 1 Scratch Card with 1 URO issued per card per 12 Euro. So Rewards will work like this:
12 Euro = 1 Card with one Uro per card
24 Euro = 2 Cards with one Uro each per card
36 Euro = 3 Cards with on Uro each per card

The marker doesn't react because atm there are 3-4 new coins in the bittrex top 10 that promise a faster profit and better speculation.

Whenever there is a new load of promising coins other coins are put on pause. Also even though URO proved again and again it's legitimicy people are still in the "fear" zone, meanwhile whales are accumulating several times 12500 coins and are waiting for the USD market and the NURO application.

Farmers can not really use URO yet (who usually buy from GES in fiat), because most can't be bothered to open accounts to buy BTC > URO or are unable to do so due to legal restrictions or didn't build trust yet (towards URO and/or BTC).

Also farmers will need the NURO wallet to make the whole purchaseing process simpler and to avoid buying BTC first or to trust exchanges with their FIAT.

This is a slow process which will probably boom who knows when (the moment the UREA is shipped/the moment it arrives/the moment several other orders are bought/whatever). Meanwhile speculators are jumping on other hype coins which are obvious ponzi schemes but promise fast money.
