Looks ok, but still a bit of gambling. You will have to prove somehow that your incoming tx is not made by yourself so you will not ''send'' phone to yourself. That is a bit problematic to prove i know, but if you find a way to do this, you might get some more trust from people.

I don't understand your use of escrow. How is anyone protected if you control the wallet and phone till after the raffle? To make this fair you need to either send the phone to escrow before the raffle or better yet have the escrow control the wallet until the raffle is over and the winner receives the phone, the escrow will then send you the $750 once winner receives phone.
