The only thing I would think that virgin coins would be useful is to make them easily traceable on the blockchain so you could setup a hacker or scammer.

Not sure why new generated coins should cost more...
Paper money costs the same if it is brand new or old if it is in circulation . 1$ is still 1$

I myself have been trying to figure this out it is an intriguing notion non the less.  I think it is good to think outside the box for new ways to use/exploit Bitcoins but I'm not sure how this is useful at this time.

Do a little more thinking outside the box and you will get to an answer.
I honestly think there is, will be a market for it in time, maybe not right now as BTC is not commonly used by the mainstream.
