Personally I think the majority of users don't purchase goods with bitcoin. A lot do but more people look at it as an investment, not as a currency for day to day use.

What I belive as well. What I do is maybe wrong in one way but I cant help it.
I dont want to use my bitcoins because I belive they will be worth more in some month/years.
I hope that the day when I can buy a house from my bitcoin will come. That's why I dont want to spend them and regret it.

But ofc, buy some and have in a spendable wallet is probably the right to do.

The prediction sounds good. Hope this will happen in the near future.

It’s always a good thing to invest on something and bitcoin is one place to begin with. You can hold on to it and spend it online.

I invest because bitcoin have value and many start accepting bitcoin as payment system.
Invest was so risky but after CME accept bitcoin it is easy to say we can investment without risky.
Bitcoin is gold
Banking systems continue to print a lot of money.
We must find better investments.
Bitcoin is the alternative that makes us invest our money instead of continuing to buy more papers whose value is decreasing daily.

Question: What financial freedom do I get out off Bitcoin if im poor as fuck and live in a country with high unemployment?

It actually has the potential to enable people in developing countries. There's a huge percentage of people who are unbanked or live with rapidly inflating currencies who can now have a form of secure banking with bitcoin. There are companies developing apps that will allow people to send and receive bitcoin on "dumb phones."
“ potential to enable people in developing countries”, yeah totally people who cant afford food to live will buy a PC and internet to use cryptocurrency and bitcoin

That's irrelevant if you are broke.
So so so so true, I see this nonsense in every single thread out there lately and it is pissing me off that it makes like 0 sense how it is even related

I invested in bitcoin because I hope someday it will give me decent income and I don't need to work for a job anymore. Early retirement is what I'm planning for because this will me more time for my family.

I can think of exactly 0 reasons why you felt the need to revive an ancient thread from 2014 and post that. Let it die in peace ffs lmfao

Investing in bitcoin is something good. Adopting bitcoin and using it is better. And its amazing at how quickly this is happening. Personally I think majority of bitcoin users don't purchase goods with bitcoin. Many do but more people look at it as an investment and not as a currency for a day to day use.BTC

because bitcoin has entered the best year that can be entered now, and this year everyone thinks it will be 100,000 $ in thought, so I think investing is an open form of money.
