Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Well I don't know about Coinabul anymore. I have had an order stuck in "processing" having sent them the funds in bitcoins since March 4th. I've messaged them twice and even sent them a message over twitter. No go.

The first interaction I had with Coinabul was good... but now I feel as though I've been robbed.

I've fixed this miscommunication with Elmo.

Thank you all for the compliments! ^_^

I've a similar issue. I placed an order on March 1st, bobbled payment a bit and sent the .002 I missed the first time (typoed a 1 for a 3 on my numberpad). Emailed them right away telling them what happened and that I had sent the remaining .002 to the same address and received a reply to that. Then on the 10th or 11th I emailed again to make sure that they received the entire payment since my order was still in 'processing', just wondering if it was payment or if the item I was ordering wasn't available and they had an ETA of when it would be. I never received a reply to that email. I did use two separate links to email (one from the confirmation message for the order the first time, the second from the 'contact us' option on the site though so it is possible those are two different emails). Anyhow, the upshot is:

Ordered on March 1st
Inquired on March 10th or 11th

Never received a reply to the inquiry.
Order still listed as 'processing'

Very disappointing because the first time I ordered it was less than a week from my order to my goods delivered and in hand.

Thralen...

Supporting bitcoin as best I can with 1. mining, 2. buying with bitcoin, 3. selling (or trying to) for bitcoin. If you make a donation to:  1MahzUUEYJrZ4VbPRm2h5itGZKEguGVZK1  I'll get it into circulation.
