I like bitcoins, and the whole idea of them, so I'm going to sell my piano album at roughly half the price it sells for in USD.  Go to my website to take a sample listening to some of the songs.

http://www.justinbporter.com/

Send me a PM requesting to purchase, as well as an email address I can send a link to.  I will give you a unique bitcoin address to send 1BTC.
I will email you back a URL to download a zip including the album cover and MP3's (320kbps).

If I'm doing this wrong, tell me!  I don't know of any better way to verify payments, but I certainly still have a lot to learn about bitcoins and the whole process.

Note that I've only sold about $140 worth of songs/albums in the last year and few months since I released the album, so it's not something that is wildly popular.  Probably because I suck at marketing stuff.  But, since you can listen to the songs before you buy them, if you end up liking it, I'd appreciate some support!

SgtSpike,

I would advise against the method of paymend since everybody can see every transaction on http://blockexplorer.com/. Better way to go about it is to send a pm with newly generated address to each person who'd like to buy your album. This way you'll know who paid and others won't be able to see where and when the funds were sent

Thanks, and good point!  I will change to this method.

As another recent buyer of your album I have to say it's great and totally worth the price!
Very nice compositions and excellent play. Everybody who likes piano music should definitely check this out!

Also, bitcoins are really great to directly support artists - so this is a great opportunity for everybody to get very good music and help a talented musician at the same time Smiley
