I just launched a new question and answer site that allows askers to post bitcoin bounties.
The first 300 accounts will get 1000 bits for signing up so if you are lucky enough to be one, please spread the wealth and put up a question with a bounty.
Posts support the markdown format so it's be easy to make your posts look pretty

- The minimum deposit is 500 bits
- There is a 100 bit withdraw fee
- A post with a bounty requires either a 100 bit fee or 1% of the bounty, whichever is higher
