Xubuntu 11.04 SDK2.4->SDK2.6 and CAT11.6->12.2 problem

I was asked to help a friend to crusch passwd with oclhashcat.
oclhashcat wont work until i install CAT 12.2. So i did it.
I was missinformed or stupid, so firs i have installed SDK2.6 (!!) and than cat 12.2.
Nothink was working. oclhashcat was seeing GPU, cgminer was seeing gpu`s and phoenix was seeing them, but non of them was working... somme kind of memory problem - SDK for sure.
I have delete SDK2.4 files, uninstalled fglrx and related, than builded CAT12.2 *.deb and instaled.
At this point oclhashcat is working fine, but cgminer and phoenix can see only 1 GPU!!! and it works really slow...that i can handle i think.

i have spend few hours from that point, but non of my actions works...
need help to set up aggain my 4 GPU rig for minig on SDK 2.6 and CAT 12.2.

Linux noob here, but from my limited understanding cgminer needs 2.4 to operate properly.

It`s not just a cgminer issue. phoenix wont work with all gpu`s too. it`s kind a SDK problem.
I did sommethink wrong, but dont know where and what.
It would be nice, when sommeone experienced shared with us his knoledge.

cgminer works with GCN, so it`s working with 2.6
