Brief Introduction
1. Add 24hour time quantum control feature. The program can auto set the frequency at different time quantum. In the noon, the ambient temprature is high, so ASIC should run at a low speed for less heat generating. On the contrary, the Asic may run at a high speed in the evening.
        Usage Method：
      a. In the system label page，configure the time zone of your country
        b. In the Cgminer Configuration page, 24hour Time-zone Control configuration section, configure the start time, end time and the corresponding chip requency.
      c. If you want to enable the Time-Zone configuration, remember checking the check-box.

2. For Avalon2.5 and avalon3, add the feature that Chip Freqency and Chip Voltage auto match each other. When fix the frequency, the firmware will auto tuning the chip voltage to the lowest value which the chip can work well with. When fix the voltage, the firmware will auto tuning the chip frequency to the highest value which the chip can work well on.
        Usage Method：
      a. Method-1： In the “Cgminer Configuration” page，set the freqency you want in the “Chip Frequency” text box，and set 0 (zero) in the “Chip Voltage" text box. And then, on the premise of machine running normally, the firmware will set the chip voltage as low as it can.
      b. Method-2： In the “Cgminer Configuration” page，set the voltage you want in the “Chip Voltage” text box，and  set 0 (zero) in the “Chip Frequency” text box. And then, on the premise of machine running normally, the firmware will set the chip frequency as high as it can.
      c. Method-3： Set the tow value "Chip Voltage" and "Chip Frequency” simultaneously. This is the old method which will not save power.
     Note: The feature-1 and feature-2 can be used at the same time.

3. Fix the bug that NTPD sync failed cause the system halt and waiting.

4. Fix the bug that system can't run when you set a unsuited frequncy. Now you can set any freqency between 256 - 2000, and the program will tune it.
